share and be inspired. Let's transform 100,000 Indigenous lives together.
Transforming the lives of Indigenous women and their families is why we get out of bed in the morning. Our coaching, leadership and business programmes are culturally rich and globally recognised.
Our mission is to grow our tribe of 100,000 Indigenous women and their families to RISE and THRIVE through our empowerment, ecommerce and entrepreneurship programmes by 2025.
Based in Aotearoa, New Zealand we are 100% Indigenous-owned and operated. Our core team is a mix of Māori and Pacific Island women with diverse industry, community and tribal expertise.
We design, develop and deliver coaching, leadership and business programmes for government, community and corporate partners. We also work with our clients in Samoa, Chile and Fiji.
Our clients come to us to develop culturally focused leadership and learning experiences from an Indigenous and global worldview. We use coaching as a foundation for transformative change.
"Shopify selected Rise2025 as one of our first Indigenous entrepreneurship hub partners because of their history of providing locally and culturally relevant support of Māori and Pacific Wāhine. We know that when we support Indigenous-women owned business, we also support economic and social wellbeing"
- Jace Meyer
Indigenous Entrepreneur Lead
Every leader should invest in a coach. I chose Rachel's executive 12 month coaching programme in Sept 2019. Rachel has supported me to find my unique leadership style, develop my team of 60 and challenges me to think bigger. 100% recommend Rachel to anyone who wants a pro"
- Ria Apiata
Kiwirail, National Protection Manager
"I'm inspired by the work Rise2025 does for Wāhine Māori like me. Through Mana Whakatōpū it gave me the confidence to step out of a secure job, align my skillset and passion to build capacity and capability within Māori organisations. I also founded Applause Charitable Trust, our response to support the wellbeing of our frontline kaimahi during the Covid pandemic"
- Jen Deben
Tuia Group, Founder
"Through Mana Whakatōpū program I now know and embrace my unique leadership strengths and talents and I will use them to effect positive changes for my whānau, my colleagues and my communities."
- Jodi Watene
